Format
Used large-format enlargers
These take 4x5 in sheet film or bigger, and with the right carriers they print everything down to 35mm. Beseler's 4x5 carriers include 35mm, 6x4.5 and 6x6 sizes, and the LPL and Omega 4x5 range runs from 35mm and Xpan to 4x5. For the big negative you'll want a 135 or 150mm lens. Long lenses may need a cone, and short ones a recessed board. These are big machines. LPL's 7452L has a 135 cm column and weighs about 31 kg, and new ones shipped in three cartons, so plan for pickup or freight.
